Farewells

♦ In Arikara, one way to say goodbye is to say that you will see the person later. There are three ways to say See you later, depending whether you are addressing one person, two people, or more than two people. ♦

New Expressions:

I will see you.

⇒ Note: –k can never be the last sound in a word. It becomes –t, as in the first word. If something follows, as in the second word, –k does not change.
